My name is Michon Covington

It all started before I was old enough to fully understand the impact of the attitudes and circumstances around me. Now that I know more, I know better, and am working to forgive myself so I can heal. You can too. I have had a harrowing journey and want to help others along their way. This provides the platform to share my experiences, my passions, and the the various healing modalities that have offered relief and comfort as I have worked to heal.

I'm a wife, a mother, a CFO, an MBA, a recovering Type A personality, a self-proclaimed crazy plant lady, a reader, a novice cyclist, a beginner yogi, and a seeker of healing.
